Norwood Park - March 2026
Molly and Ryan share a kiss at Norwood Park
March weddings are quickly becoming one of my faves. The light starts to soften, the first spring flowers arrive, and everything feels fresh, exciting and full of colour again. Molly and Ryan’s wedding at Norwood Park was exactly that kind of day. Fun, vibrant and completely laid back from start to finish!
Their brief was jewel tones with a modern twist, and honestly, it was a dream to bring to life. Think ruby red, emerald green, rich plum, flashes of hot pink and little pops of orange woven throughout the flowers. Bold colours, playful textures and a design that felt contemporary without losing that romantic wedding feel.
For the flowers, I took advantage of the spring selection with pink and red ranunculus but kept it classic with gorgeous roses, flowing amaranthus, delicate astilbe, scented stocks and plenty of textured foliage. Everything felt abundant and natural, while still having that polished editorial look.
Emerald Bridesmaids with monochrome bouquets
One of my favourite details from the day had to be the bridesmaids’ bouquets. Instead of all carrying matching flowers, each bridesmaid held a single flower variety from Molly’s bridal bouquet. One bouquet was roses en masse, another all stocks, another ranunculus. It created such a cool modern look while still tying everything together beautifully. Relaxed, stylish and a little bit unexpected.
The ceremony staircase installation was another standout moment. Designed to frame the space naturally, it was later repurposed into window arrangements inside the orangery for the wedding breakfast. I always love finding ways to reuse flowers throughout the day, and this was such a perfect example of how impactful wedding flowers can be when they’re thoughtfully designed. The mantlepiece flowers were also repositioned onto the top table, helping every arrangement work as hard as possible across the entire day!
For the guest tables, I created wild meadow-inspired arrangements filled with movement, texture and colour. Nothing too structured or formal. Just joyful flowers styled in a way that encouraged guests to relax, celebrate and enjoy the atmosphere Molly and Ryan created so effortlessly.
As a wedding florist working across Sheffield, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, these are the kinds of weddings I absolutely love. Personal, colourful and completely reflective of the couple. Molly and Ryan’s day felt modern yet timeless, stylish but never too serious, and full of the best kind of spring energy.
